About us

FOUNDED IN 2020, SIGG ART RESIDENCY WAS BORN FROM THE DESIRE TO SUPPORT YOUNG CONTEMPORARY CREATION BY OFFERING ARTISTS A PLACE FOR RESEARCH AND DISCUSSION AROUND NEW ISSUES LINKED TO THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL PRACTICES ON TRADITIONAL MEDIUMS SUCH AS PAINTING OR SCULPTURE.

ITIS AN INDEPENDENT, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO facilitating artistic exchange and supporting young creative initiatives through residencies and partnerships. We create opportunities for emerging artists to reflect on their practice within relevant global discourse.

We foster international collaborations to build shared platforms to discuss common practices and themes.
